Three Friends, together since 1994, each running his own successful business entity in varied fields decided to join forces, pool their experiences, and expertise in various fields and formed a new umbrella enterprise. And “Vistula Foods” was born.
Vistula Foods is a new, ambitious venture based in Warsaw, Poland. We are a group of businessmen with decades of experience in commerce and global business network in India, China, Russia, Belarus and Romania, among others. Our main areas of business include export of Polish apples and import of various products, including coffee, nuts, spices and processed fruit. Moreover, the company provides a diverse range of restaurant supplies, varying from take-away packaging to certified cleaning products. Our mission in all business undertakings is delivering quality goods and creating value for our Clients.
Although this is a new enterprise, the combined experience of all stakeholders is more than 100 years in following fields:

- Rented warehousing facility in the heart of EU
- Fresh fruits from Central/Eastern EU are exported to leading Importers in Asia
- Real estate in Central Europe : Stakeholders own both commercial and private real estate in Central Europe
- Textiles: Direct import of textiles from Asia into EU

Prakash Nair
Prakash is a man gifted with intuition for business opportunities . During his career, he founded several companies, got an Master degree from Peoples friendship University, Moscow, and since graduation he has been building businesses. He started from nearly zero to be a successful entrepreneur. Today he is the owner of various companies in different profiles like City star (real estate), New Bel star (real estate), Lotus DMC (Tourism) , Goldentex (Textile) & of course Vistula Foods. He speaks fluently Hindi, English, Polish, Russian and Malyalam. His work is of utmost quality. He’s not just a “professional” or an “expert”-he’s a “master”. Prakash shares his approach to life- joyful and healthy. In private Prakash loves travelling, cycling and collecting antique things.
Pradeep Nayar
Mr. Pradeep Nayar is a dynamic, innovative and visionary businessman based in Poland since 1989. Over a span of 28 years he has established himself to be a versatile businessman with interest in multiple segments. He has over 2 decades of experience in the textiles and real estate business. He is also one of the Co Owners of the Lotus DMC Exclusive Agents for Major International cruises in India, Sri Lanka and Maldives with its headquarters in Kochi and Branches in Mumbai,Chennai,Delhi,New york and Poland. Lotus DMC is 2 times National award winner in 2016 and 2017 in the Niche Segment of Cruise Tourism.
Piyush Jha
Piyush is a professional manager and salesman with 25 years of experience in international commerce, with significant know-how in textile trade, Tea, Coffee, Rice etc. He graduated from People’s Friendship University in Moscow in 1991 with a Master degree in Engineering. Since then he has led numerous ventures and developed a business network in Belarus, Russia, China, India, Korea and Turkey, among others. He speaks fluent English, Hindi, Russian and Polish. In private he is an avid traveller and a football fan.
